My semi-complete morning supplement. Need input please

So far I'm formulating my own morning supp as follows:

dopamine precursors:

n-acetyl-l-tyrosine
l-phenylalanine
l-dopa

dopamine co-factors:
b-complex supp

for possible serotonin depletion:
5-htp
or
l-tryptophan

thinking of adding sam-e

questions to you experienced guys.

what do u think?

5-htp or l-tryp?

lead the l-dopa out or keep it?

sam-e..yes or no?

can I take all these at once, or should the 5-htp/l-tryp be taken separately?

lastly....anything else you would change?

my goal is to bring some motivation and sociability into my life without the use of pharms.

the difference between a supplement and a pharm is arbitrary. L-DOPA is considered a pharm also.

I don't think keeping l-phenylalanine is helpful when using L-DOPA, You won't need it.

For me, 5-htp is vile stuff, but you'll have to try to find out for yourself. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have reason to believe you are serotonin depleted.

This article states that SAMe can have interactions with serotonergics and L-DOPA, leading to a decreased effect of L-DOPA and possibly causing serotonin syndrome with 5-HTP.

I'd go for the L-DOPA, b-complex and leave it at that.
